They are all Leaders or &#8216;skills Instructors&#8217; with the Scout Association and therefore are certified both in Safety and Rescue techniques but also hold a 1st aid award<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">There is no mandatory membership fee for Beavers, Cubs, Scouts or Explorers but a \u00a33.50 charge is made, per session attended, this money goes towards use of the headquarters for changing and storage facilities and for the insurance \/ upkeep of the kayaks.
